Okay...so I got this idea from a blog I stumbled upon and absolutely LOVED the idea. The best part is...it's SOO cheap to make. Those fabric hoops range from $2 to $5. I bought mine at Michael's, but I know they can be found elsewhere. Here's my attempt to make these....
