I'd never heard about them, but after looking around-- I like what I see.
Now decor8 is based in Europe. Liberty of London is based in Europe.
So does this mean it's only going to Targets outside of the U.S.?

Target is only in America so these items will be IN America -- though a few will be sold in the Liberty of London store in England. So you are in luck!
well im going to london so if i see them...ill ship them home for you!
